Why should I vote for an ammendment that doesn’t affect me? I live in New York and have a condo in Boynton Beach where I also vote. However, I don’t have my property homesteaded and this ammendment won’t affect me whatsoever.

Hey Joe,
The new bill that we will voting on has a cap on property that is not homesteaded. Never again will your property tax bill double in two years. There will be a 10% cap increase per year when the bill passes.
